How do I track my order?
You will receive an email and tracking number at the time of shipment.
What are your delivery speeds?
All orders are processed within 1-3 days. Estimated shipping times range from 3-14 days depending on the item. Embroidered items have the longest estimated times. We may be unable to modify or cancel your order once it has been placed. Thus, please make sure all information is correct before completing your order. We are also unable to reimburse shipping costs due to carrier delays.
Do you ship Internationally?
We currently do not offer international shipping at this time. Only orders placed in the United States are currently being accepted. International shipping will be implemented at some point in the future.
How do I return an item?

What is your returns policy?
We accept free returns within 30 days of purchase so long as the product is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of stains and odors, and has the original tags associated. Please note we do not refund the original shipping cost on returns. Please allow 3 to 5 business days from the time your return is delivered to our warehouse for us to process a return. We will provide you a prepaid shipping label.
