Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale (including all documents to which these Terms of Sale link) apply to your purchase of goods from Little House of Oddities LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). Please review these Terms of Sale carefully as they control your purchase of products. If you do not wish to accept these Terms of Sale, do not order products or services offered on or through            www.littlehouseofoddities.com (the “Website”).

1. Payment

We accept the payment methods with all major credit cards and PayPal. Only one method of payment is accepted at checkout. 

Payment transactions are processed by our third-party payment processors in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you wish to purchase any product made available through the Website (each such purchase, a “Transaction”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Transaction including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address and your shipping information. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO USE ANY CREDIT CARD(S) OR OTHER PAYMENT METHOD(S) UTILIZED IN CONNECTION WITH ANY TRANSACTION.

You grant the Company the right to provide information you provided in connection with the Transaction to our third-party payment processors to facilitate the completion of your Transaction. Verification of information may be required prior to the acknowledgment or completion of any Transaction.

2. Shipping Policies

All orders are processed within 1-3 days. Estimated shipping times range from 3-14 days depending on the item. Embroidered items have the longest estimated times. You will receive tracking information to the email address provided on the original order when the shipping carrier scans the package with an update. If you just received the tracking information, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking status to update.

We are unable to modify or cancel your order once it has been placed. Thus, please make sure all information is correct before completing your order. We are also unable to reimburse shipping costs due to carrier delays.

We are currently unable to ship internationally through the website at this time.

Please email info@littlehouseofoddities.com if you have a specific shipment request and we will do our best to accommodate.

3. Returns

We will provide free returns on domestic orders within 30 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, are free of stains and odors, and that have their original tags affixed to be eligible for return. Please allow 3 to 5 business days from the time your return is delivered to our warehouse for us to process a return. We will provide you a prepaid shipping label. Please note we do not refund the original shipping cost on returns. Once we refund your original form of payment, the credit may take up to 7 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on the bank.  You may start a return by emailing your request and your order number to info@littlehouseofoddities.com.

4. Site Transactions

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. 

5. Privacy Policy and Terms of Use

These Terms of Sale specifically reference and fully incorporate the Company’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, which are available in the footer section of each page of the Website. Any disputes hereunder shall be governed by the dispute resolution, governing law, and jurisdictional provisions set forth in the Terms of Use.
